I have traffic fines in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and I was waiting for the National Day 2025 discount announcement. I noticed that Umm Al Quwain and Sharjah Police have already announced their offers. Last year (2024), RAK, Ajman, and Fujairah also announced discounts before National Day, but this year none of them have announced anything yet.
Can we expect any traffic fine discount announcement from Dubai or Abu Dhabi in the coming days for National Day 2025?

Last year some emirates offered 50% discount on traffic fines—so is there any update for Dubai fine discount 2025, RTA fine discount 2025, or Ras Al Khaimah fine discount 2025? When will the National Day fine discount 2025 be announced, and what are the steps to avail the discount once it goes live?

I have AED 2,500 in total traffic fines across the UAE. My car is registered in Sharjah, and I need to clear all these fines to complete my vehicle registration renewal. However, I cannot afford to pay the full amount at once. Is it possible to split the total fine into 4 monthly installments using Tabby or Tamara, even if the fines are from multiple emirates and the car is registered in Sharjah? What are my options?
