I have traffic fines in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and I was waiting for the National Day 2025 discount announcement. I noticed that Umm Al Quwain and Sharjah Police have already announced their offers. Last year (2024), RAK, Ajman, and Fujairah also announced discounts before National Day, but this year none of them have announced anything yet.
Can we expect any traffic fine discount announcement from Dubai or Abu Dhabi in the coming days for National Day 2025?
As of now, Dubai Police and Abu Dhabi Police have not announced any traffic fine discounts for National Day 2025. Since today is 30 November and National Day is on 2 December, the chances of a last-minute announcement are very low. Usually, such offers are announced at least one week before the occasion.
This year, Umm Al Quwain has announced a 40% discount, and Sharjah Police has announced a black point waiver and early-payment-related discounts.
In 2024, other emirates like RAK, Ajman, and Fujairah had announced National Day discounts, but for 2025, no such announcements have been made yet.
There is still a possibility of discounts around New Year 2026, as some emirates often release offers during that period.
