3. Location & Ejari:
   Secure a suitable premises for the nursery and obtain the Ejari (tenancy contract) for that location.

4. MOA Preparation:
   Prepare and sign the Memorandum of Association (MOA) with all shareholders/involved parties.

5. External Approvals (for nursery):
