I recently saw the news that Sheikh Hamdan announced Golden Visas for nurses in Dubai. My wife is a nurse and has been working in Dubai for 3 years now. Does anyone know how we can apply for her?

Yes, the news is correct! As part of the International Nurses Day celebrations, Sheikh Hamdan has announced Golden Visas for nurses who have served with Dubai Health for more than 15 years.

However, based on the current announcement, the eligibility is specifically for nurses working under Dubai Health (formerly DHA - Dubai Health Authority) who have 15+ years of service. If your wife has been working for 3 years and not directly under Dubai Health, she may not be eligible under this specific initiative yet.

That said, there are other Golden Visa categories for healthcare professionals, especially those with:

  • Specialized expertise

  • Outstanding professional achievements

  • High academic qualifications

If your wife meets any of those, you can still apply for a Golden Visa through:

  • ICP Smart Services portal ( https://icp.gov.ae/en/services/golden-visa/ )

  • GDRFA Dubai portal (if she is in Dubai, Link)

  • Or visit an authorized typing center like ours (Harf Typing and Documents Clearing) for assistance with the application and eligibility check.

Feel free to WhatsApp us at 0586926005 or email [email protected] if you’d like us to review her documents and guide you through the process.
