Based on the Dubai Police announcement, these 11 actions are strictly prohibited during the National Day celebrations:
1. Participating in random parades or forming unauthorized gatherings
Only official, approved parades are allowed. Random gatherings on main roads are banned.
2. Obstructing traffic or blocking public roads
Any celebration that stops or slows traffic flow is not permitted.
3. Stunt driving
Performing dangerous movements, drifting, or sudden accelerations puts lives at risk.
4. Leaning or hanging out of windows or sunroofs
This is extremely unsafe and can result in serious injuries.
5. Overloading vehicles
Carrying more passengers than allowed by law is strictly banned.
6. Covering windows or hiding license plates
Decorations must not block visibility or cover number plates.
7. Making unauthorized vehicle modifications or creating loud, disturbing noises
No temporary sound boosters, engine modifications, or unnecessary noise-making devices.
8. Wearing scarves not related to the Eid Al Ittihad occasion
