Property owners who purchase eligible off-plan properties in Ras Al Khaimah may apply for the Golden Visa, subject to approval and meeting the required conditions.
The required documents include:
- Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA)
- Statement of Account (Buyer & Seller)
- Property Registration Certificate (Oqood) issued by RAK Municipality
- Developer NOC for Golden Visa
- Owner Passport Copy
- Current UAE Visa Copy
- Emirates ID Copy (if available)
- Recent Passport Size Photo
