The UAE Private Tutor Licence allows eligible individuals to provide private tuition legally. The service is provided by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) in coordination with the Ministry of Education.

How to Apply
- Visit the MOHRE Private Tutor Licensing service.
- Click on “Start Service” button and Log in using UAE Pass.
- Complete and submit the application with the required documents.
- MOHRE will review the application and verify the documents.
- If any information or documents are missing, the applicant will be asked to provide them.
- Once all requirements are completed, the Private Tutor Licence will be issued.
Conditions and Requirements
- Student applicants must be between 15 and 18 years old.
- Non-UAE national students must have a valid residence visa.
- Applicants holding a part-time work permit do not need approval from their employer.
