Dubai, UAE – The UAE fuel price committee has announced the new prices for petrol and diesel for November 2024. Starting today, November 1, the prices have increased slightly compared to last month.
- Super 98 petrol will now cost Dh2.74 per litre. This is an increase from Dh2.66 in October.
- Special 95 petrol will be priced at Dh2.63 per litre, up from Dh2.54 last month.
- E-Plus 91 petrol will cost Dh2.55 per litre, which is higher than the previous price of Dh2.47.
- The price of diesel will rise to Dh2.67 per litre, compared to Dh2.60 last month.
The new rates reflect changes in global oil prices, which have a direct impact on fuel costs in the UAE. Since the UAE deregulated petrol prices in 2015, the government has been adjusting the prices monthly to keep them in line with international market rates. This system allows for more transparency and helps to reflect the true cost of fuel.
Motorists are advised to check the latest prices regularly, as they can change each month based on market conditions. The new prices will remain in effect until the end of November, when the fuel price committee will meet again to review and set new rates for December.
